Point, Click, Go!
by Joanna Rustin

Michelle Peluso’s demanding role as President and CEO of Travelocity is rivaled only by the fast-paced travel schedules of the customers it serves.

At the PBWC Sacramento Conference this Fall, she’ll unveil her tips for your rise to the top. Peluso is credited with leading
“a significant turnaround in both growth of revenue and profitability” at
Travelocity, earning recognition on just about every list imaginable, including
The Wall Street Journal’s50 Women to Watch” list and a spot on Fast Company’s
Fast 50” survey of leaders, innovators and technology pioneers.

Connections magazine recently got a sneak peek into her presentation for PBWC's Fall 2007 conference:

“Michelle will be sharing some of the most valuable lessons she has learned over the
course of her career,” said Jill Van Sickle in Public Relations with Travelocity. “From the launch of her company, Site59.com, to her current role as CEO of Travelocity, Michelle has traveled the world and has spent her life living her passions and going for her dreams.”

PBWC members will learn “things that worked well for her, some things that didn’t
work so well, and how these things changed her as a business woman and as a person.”

Peluso encourages women to focus on four key areas:

1. Find your passion

2. Set a high quality bar

3. Take risks

4. Build others up
