Let's Connect!

What a year for PBWC! It’s been a journey of discovery, growth and celebration. In our 17 years together, we’ve shared knowledge, exchanged ideas and embraced new opportunities. We’ve built an entire community of members and supporters that is dedicated to advancing women in the workplace and is building a solid foundation for future generations.

We’ve spent a great deal of time listening to you – understanding your goals and dreams. I’ve enjoyed hearing your personal stories about how PBWC is helping you juggle the demands of your professional and personal lives. You’re running and starting thriving businesses, building strong teams, innovating, mentoring, helping underserved women beat the odds. You’re young women with a world of opportunity ahead. These stories reflect your spirit and passion to not only succeed, but to share your success. I believe you’re transforming the world in the process – all through the power of connection.

I describe our journey as one of re-imagining the future for PBWC, and we’ve worked hard to introduce new resources to propel your continued success. This year marks the most exciting rollout of new tools in PBWC’s history, including this inaugural issue of our new member magazine, PBWC Connections (click here to download or enjoy browsing this site for select articles). I can think of no better way to celebrate women like you who aspire and inspire than a gift that gathers insights and solutions from experts on flexibility, leadership, health, balance, entrepreneurship and more. Here’s to our outstanding roster of contributors in this issue for sharing their wisdom!

From new resources to new technologies, PBWC is giving you the power to learn and make a difference in a connected world. We’re grateful for the generosity of our 2006 sponsors and all those who are enthusiastically embracing our new tools, companies such as Wells Fargo, Guidant, State Farm, HP, Chevron, BMW and Kaiser Permanente. Their support makes it possible to better serve you with tools and events that enrich your career and your life.

From the San Francisco conference in Spring to Sacramento on November 9th and everywhere you’ll be in between, we wish you the best of success on your journey of connection.
